Rhythm Equine will be on-site and available for sessions during the Warrior Fly Boots Barrel Race, Futurity, and Derby. Whether you want to support your horse’s performance, calm your nerves before a big run, or check in on your horse’s movement and comfort, I am here to help.

Services Offered:

Complimentary Rider Breathwork Sessions – A quick 10-minute breathwork session to help regulate the nervous system, engage the core, and bring focus before riding.

Complimentary Equine Assessments – A hands-on evaluation to identify imbalances or restrictions. This is ideal for those unsure if their horse needs bodywork or are looking for guidance on the next steps.

Standard Sessions:

• 15-minute Rider Session – Focused relief for tension and pre-ride preparation.

• 30-minute Rider Session – A deeper session addressing mobility, alignment, and tension.

• 30-minute Equine Session – Hands-on bodywork to support movement, comfort, and performance.

My approach is focused on biomechanics, self-awareness, and the mind-body connection to help riders and horses perform at their best.
